In 2010/2011 Zeropex had a market breakthrough in UK, USA and Norway with the first generation of the Difgen, with deliveries to major water utilities in the three markets. The Difgen is a revolutionary, patented pressure control device, replacing pressure reduction valves in water supply and distribution mains, combining pressure control functionality known from valves with power production known from turbines. The second generation is currently on a prototype stage and the objective is to have a 0-series ready in 2012.
We need a product developer who is eager to take responsibility for product development of a unique product and who wants to work together with some of the best client and suppliers in the world to realize the product.
Job description
- Responsible for developing the products in Difgen family, which is a revolutionary turbine combining pressure control from valves with power productions from turbines.
- The responsibility includes design, modelling and simulation.
- Project management of prototyping, fabrication and installation
Education field
- Mechanics
- Education title: Mechanical Engineer
Education level
- College / University, more than 4 years
Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years experience with rotating equipment and 2 years experience with product development of rotating equipment
- Excellent understanding of design programs
- Good understanding of material science, static and dynamic analysis
